		<description>If you look at the pictures of the Kindle 2, then at the Gelaskins images, you will be able to tell that they serve the same purpose as the skins for laptops -- they&#039;re a decorative cover on the _back_ of the device to personalize your equipment, and don&#039;t protect the screen at all. You would still need a regular case to protect the Kindle as a whole.</description>
